Terms & Conditions
All prices are estimates. Prices will be based on the condition of your pet’s coat, temperament, weight, style (long vs shortcuts), and breed. The actual cost of the groom will be determined at the end of your first visit. Any additional cost beyond what’s included in our grooming services package will be discussed with the client before proceeding with the groom and is subject to the client’s approval.
These prices are only starting prices and are not the final price for your pet’s visit. We don’t give quotes unless we see your pet in person
We ask that all of our doggies are:
- Free of ticks and fleas
- Current on all vaccinations
- Free of any contagious diseases
- Full vaccination
- Medicine if required.
- All appointments will be required to sign a Grooming Release Form, available online.
- During drop off of your pet you must arrive on time– any appointment later than 10 minutes will have to be rescheduled for another day.
- During pick-up times we cannot hold your pet; you must show up at the time given to you so that we can move on to the next client.
- We ask that you please re schedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40 on your next visit
- If you are later than 30 minutes from the time we called you to pick up your pet we will charge you a $10 boarding fee every 30 minutes.
- last minute cancellation or no show fee will be added for your next visit .
- As a courtesy, we send out automatic reminders 48 and 24 hr before your appointment. This allows adequate time to cancel within the required time frame, and for us to fill the opening . If you don’t show up, we do not get paid , thank you so much for your cooperation on this matter
